My Certification and Training

 The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification ( IICRC ) serves as an

 independent, non-profit certification body.  The IICRC's mission is to set and promote high

 standards and ethics, and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the

 cleaning, inspection and restoration industries.

Acting as a central exchange of  information between all segments of the cleaning inspection and restoration industries, the Institute cooperates with all segments in order to enhance product quality, value and service to the end customer.  Proactively disseminating information for the protection of the consumer, industry workers and the environment, the Institute continues to promote the science of cleaning and restoration.

Alleluia Services is proud to be a participating member and has been granted by virtue of its conduct and adhering to the Certified Firm Code Of Ethics, the status of Certified Firm.

Alleluia Services Certified Firm Code of Ethics:

	Present a professional image, including but not limited to, appearance, grooming, equipment, attire, and attitude.
	Maintain an awareness of and knowledge about all IICRC-approved and published industry standards.
	Seek and promote education and training in my firm to enhance proficiency.
	Have an IICRC technician present on all job sites.
	Present accurate information to the public and consumers.
	Be truthful; provide service that results in a high level of customer satisfaction; be prompt.
	Conduct business with honesty, integrity, and fairness; build consumer confidence in the industry; and promote good relations with affiliated industries.
	Do not engage in false or deceptive marketing practices include the use of misleading price information commonly referred as "bait and switch" tactics.
	Avoid confusing or misleading consumers by providing accurate information to them about process, services and products.
	Comply with governmental rules and regulations.
	Avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest.
	Agree to Better Business Bureau of similar arbitration to resolve disputes, and accept the conclusion and recommendations the arbitration.
	Use the IICRC name, logo, certification marks, and trademarks only in the manner authorized and approved by the IICRC.
	Respond to consumer complaints in a timely fashion and comply with the rules, policies, and procedures of the IICRC.
